Scope of Services. Through this Site, Let It Go Junk Removal and Hauling LLC markets and arranges Junk Removal Service, Hauling Service, Debris Removal, Interior Demolition, Demolition Service. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Let It Go Junk Removal and Hauling LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. Let It Go Junk Removal and Hauling LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Let It Go Junk Removal and Hauling LLC makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Let It Go Junk Removal and Hauling LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Law and Venue. NM law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NM.
